Malaysia is a country in Southeast Asia, located just north of the Equator. It is composed of two noncontiguous regions: Peninsular Malaysia (Malaysia Barat), which is on the Malay Peninsula, and East Malaysia (Malaysia Timur), which is on the island of Borneo. The capital of Malaysia is Kuala Lumpur, and the administrative center is Putrajaya. Malaysia is a federal constitutional monarchy that consists of 13 states and three federal territories. The country has a population of approximately 32.99 million people. Malaysia’s economy is one of the most vibrant in Southeast Asia, with a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, agriculture, and tourism.
The EGT4 is a control and discharge system for electrostatic charges that often build up in road and rail tankers carrying hazardous flammable materials. The system is not only a warning system but can also be used as an interlock to ensure that no pumping of hazardous materials or fuels are initiated until a completely safe earth grounding state is reached i.e. when static electricity has been discharged to the true earth.
Transporting flammable fuel and liquids poses a risk with unchecked discharges of static when loading / unloading tools. A Malaysian fuel depot can easily install one of our automatic earth circuits to enhance safety for equipment and personnel.
With our facility in Singapore, we supply the highest quality and most economical static earthing equipment for road tankers.
